Tracking Leader materials

Note: This post is applicable in the Legacy database as well as in the Cloud database's Windows App.

I am looking for a way to track my Leader Inventory not clubber inventory. For example... no one knows where our Cubbie Jumper Leader Material is. The Who, What and Why series are also MIA.  I would like to be able to track which leader these materials were assigned to.

Any ideas??

A simple solution could be to make a notation the the Leader's personal file, in the NOTE field of the MISC. tab. Also if you have Directors, I would assign the books to them only, or possibly a Leader-soon-to-be-director! ;)
Oh...btw, you could also use the NOTES area of the assigned out books in the Inventory listings. This may better because the leader's name would show up in the NOTES column when you open the inventory item (book)  :o

That's a good idea. I lost track of many of our books last year for lack of tracking.
