Change clubber's filing name

Note: This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

I have a clubber who shows up on my list with <New> as her last name instead of her real last name.  It is only for her filing name.  I have fixed it everywhere else.  It shows up correctly in the household.  It has been this way for a couple of years, but it would be very helpful if I could fix it.  What do I need to do?

The way to fix it...  edit her last name in some way (add any character to the end) and then TAB out of the field. Click Save.  Now go back and edit the last name and set it to her correct last name and then TAB out of the last name field.  Click Save and you should have the problem resolved.
