This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.
Each person who uses the database should have unique log-in information (username and password). Do not use generic names and passwords like Sparks / Awana.
If two people share an instance of the database during club time (such as one entering attendance and one marking sections), it is not necessary to exit and restart the program to change users.
On the main menubar, select File > Switch Users. The new user can log in without the database completely shutting down. In addition to maintaining accurate user information, this also allows each user to have custom settings such as grid layouts.
