Customize our Curriculum

Note: This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

I am working with the curriculum that we use and have some questions:

1.  Can I edit the 'used by grades' box? 

2.  How do I customize it so I only see the curriculum that we use...our club only goes through T&T's so there is a lot of excess.  I don't see/have a "show only in use" button on the books menu bar.

1. The "used by grades" field can be edited in the individual generic handbook form.

2. To limit selections when assigning handbooks: from the Curriculum List (Legacy database: Admin > Curriculum; Windows App: Admin > System Settings > Curriculum), double-click the book name to open the generic Handbook form. In the Inventory Items grid, select the "In Use" checkboxes of the translations your club uses. Clear any checkboxes for those not used. The corresponding Inventory Item records will also be updated to "In Use" or "Not In Use".
