populating city, state, zip

Note: This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

I am trying to add cities & zip codes to the Generic Lookups and they are in my list on that tab, but no pull down bars show up when I am entering new clubber addresses.  Why is that?

When entering new members, use the TAB key to move from field to field, notice that the focus goes first to the Postal Code field (and skips City and State).  At this point, just type the postal code and press TAB to exit that field and the matching City and State values will be back-filled for you.
