A nice formal report layout would be nice. We'll log this request as a future enhancement.
In the meantime, an alternative is to make a printout of the Club Calendar grid on the Home page. Remove the grouping; then hide unneeded columns. (Make sure the Date column IS visible). Apply a filter to the Club Name column to show only the desired club (probably the "Awana" club records that would apply to all of the other clubs.) Once the grid is customized, click the Preview/Print button in the toolbar. From the preview screen, use the Fit to Page button and even customize the report Title and add footers. Send the output to the printer or save the output as a PDF which would be suitable for emailing as an attachment.
