Short answer: No, it won't work.
Long answer: You can open the Club Store screen on the Secondary DB (with "Awana" being the only club checked out), and you can even "spend" points on the Club Store screen (which is a defect actually, because the records should have been locked for members in all clubs except the checked out Awana club). However, when you run the check-IN processing, the spent points will not be updated in the Primary DB because ONLY members in the checked out club of Awana are processed.
I'll enter a defect for the fact that the Club Store screen should have locked the records to prevent the illusion they were editable in this case.
