Question: Is there a way to get a report that has the Parent contact info and the name of the church the family attends?
Answer:
The Household List - Contact Information report has a directory-style layout that lists parent names, all phones and email addresses, as well as other information, including the Family Church. The report can be filtered to show only households for a given church (or that do not have a church).
Depending on the specific objective, the main Clubbers grid could be used to get the information. Hide unneeded bands and columns and resize the visible ones (such as primary household phone and email). The records can be grouped by Church Name by dragging the Church Name column header into the grouping area above the grid. To make a report, click the Print Preview button. From the Preview screen, change the page orientation, click Fit to Page, and even add a custom report Title. Click Print or Export to PDF.
When finished on the Print Preview screen, click Grid > Reset the Grid Layout to put everything back to normal. Below are some screen shots.
