I just wanted to take a minute and thank Rick for all his help. My computer crashed recently and I was having a very hard time getting some of my programs restored (including the Approved Workman program). After several email's with Rick I still was not able to get AW running again.
So Rick had me call him. Using remote access he personally looked into my problem and resolved it! During that we had a nice chat about the AW program and Rick even showed me a few features I wasn't aware of!
You can't beat support like that!
