How can I hide columns I don't want in a grid?

This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

Question: I don't use all of the columns in the Check-in grid. Is there a way I can hide the ones I don't need?

Answer: Yes. Use the quick column customization buttons in the upper left corner of the grids to select which columns are visibile. Following is a screen shot showing an example of a header 'band' (which holds multiple child columns), followed by a section of regular columns.

To make the visible column selection 'stick' so you don't have to redo them each time, click on the Grid Icon in the tool bar (looks like a gear) and choose Save Current Grid Layout.
