deleting a club date - modifying themes

Note: This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

Help!  I had to delete a date from our calendar and while AW renumbered the rest of the dates, it also deleted the Theme for the night instead of adjusting everything down a week.  Is there anyway to adjust the themes down a week or will I just need to retype everything?

As you've witnessed... deleting a date does NOT adjust all of the Themes.  You'll have to manually fix this. 

Tip:  Only worry about editing the Themes for say the base Awana club.  THEN, use the "Copy Themes" button to propagate all your changes to the other clubs.

Copying would be great, but Cubbies has a different calendar from the rest of the clubs.
