Trouble with update

Note: This post only applies to the Legacy database!

When I try to update to the newest version, the wizard only lets me either uninstall approved workman or repair/reinstall to original state.  The 3rd option is grayed out but is is add or remove features.  None of these seem like what I want to install the update.  I do have it updated to the most recent version before doing this.  I did the backup and optimize.   Any ideas?

Since you DID create a backup just prior to trying the update, go ahead and select the option to Uninstall and then click through the installation wizard.  Then, AFTER the installation wizard is finished what it thinks is uninstalling, exit the wizard and then run the updateAW###.exe  file again to launch the same installation wizard AGAIN, and this time you should see the normal INSTALL screens (not uninstall or repair).    Please let us know if this works.  Thanks!
