Volunteer info from registration form

Note: This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

I see that the registration form has a place that a person can check if they are interested in helping out in AWANA but I don't see where that data can be captured in the database. Is there a location for this to be captured?

You can enter them as Member Type 'Leader', Member Status 'Prospect'. That will enable you to filter the grid and keep track of the Potential Volunteers.

[Note: in the Windows app, set the Role Status to 'Prospect'. akj]
