Blue Jewels and Inventory

Note: This post is applicable in the Legacy database as well as in the Cloud database's Windows App.

I just started using the Inventory section of the software and was curious how the blue jewel (attendance jewel) for the Sparks works. Do you get an award dialog box, like with receiving any of the other jewels, when its time to give out the attendance (blue) jewel. Or do you have to manually change it in the inventory as you give them out?

There is a procedure you may run to generate the attendance awards.  See this post for details: http://approvedworkman.com/forum/index.php?topic=20.0.

Assuming that you have checked the box to automatically reduce the inventory count when awards are created (under Admin > Options > Inventory and Ordering), when you run this procedure and the award is generated, the inventory will be reduced accordingly as with other awards.
