Error exporting from Club Store

Note: This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

All,

I am attempting to export the points from the database to Excel. However, I am getting the following error message:

"The export procedure could not be completed due to an error: e.message."

Can anyone provide any assistance?

Here is my logic string that I have ran in the past with success:

Tools>>Club Store>>Grid>>Export

Make sure you have a full valid file path specified in the Export dialog. 
Tip:  Do not use the "Stay on Top" button when trying to do the export or the Export dialog can get trapped under the Club Store screen.   To turn off the Stay on Top feature, click the red push pin button in the toolbar.

THEN click Grid > Export.  In step 5 of the Export dialog,  click the ... button and then select a folder on your PC like 'My Documents'.  Then click Run and you should get successful results.
