Cell Carrier

Note: This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

When a parent says it is "Ok to text," but their cell carrier is not in the list, what do I do?

You should be able to add a cell carrier in the generic lookups for cell carriers.  Check to see if that is a possibility.  I don't have the program open, but am guessing that provision has been made for this in the generic lookups.
