This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.
Question: We give out awards for clubbers who attend Church or Sunday School. Is there a way to keep track of that in the database?
Answer: Yes. Here is how to do it:
1) Make sure each Club Session Date is assigned to a specific Quarter under Admin > Club Setup > Club Calendars.
2) Set up club-specific preferences for attendance award qualifications. In the Legacy Database, go to Admin > Awards > Attendance Awards. In the Windows App, go to Admin > System Settings > Awards > Attendance Awards.
3) To generate Award records for members who meet the criteria, run the Attendance Awards Procedure (from the Main menu bar, click Tools and select "Attendance Awards"). (See screenshot below.)
4) To view or print a formal list of members who earned an award, use the Award List Report button. (See the Award List Report Dialog screenshot below.)
