Error: DBISAM Engine Error #11010

Note: This post only applies to the Legacy database!

I was optimizing my database and received an error with the text
Table or backup file 'Imported' does not exist
Sure enough - no file having that name exists under data. Was this caused by my recent update? Any ideas on a repair? Could I dummy the table files (.dat and .idx) and try re-running the repair (I've tried repairing twice so far). I hope I don't have to revert to my last backup and re-enter last weeks data :P

Please save the two files shown below (imported.dat and imported.idx) into your ..\Approved Workman\Data  folder. This should fix the problem.
