Online Registration

I know this Awana year is just getting rolling, but I am already thinking ahead to next years registration procedures. I would love to use the new "Data Import", but I'm not sure where to look for web based forms. Does anyone have any insight in this area?

Our church uses Kid Event from Lifeway.  Although it does create a CSV file that we can import into AWdb, I personally don't like it.  But since I only had a week to decide on whether online registration was where we wanted to go, and then to put something in place, it was that or nothing.

I'm sure other (free) options exists, and if you have access to an ASP or PHP server, you could also roll your own.
