Handbook & Uniform Fees

Note: This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

How do you make it so it doesn't charge a fee for handbooks or uniforms?  We use our annual dues to cover those costs & do not charge separately.

On the Handbook Assignment Dialog, there is a checkbox in the upper right that reads "Create a Fee record for each book assigned".  If the checkmark is cleared, no fee will be created. The same is true for the Uniform Assignment Dialog.

To change the default value of these checkboxes (to avoid clearing them every time), go to Admin > Options > Misc. Clear the checkboxes under Handbook Assignment Dialog, and Uniform Assignment Dialog. (Note: In the Windows app, the Options tab is under Admin > System Settings.)

Thanks so much for your attention to our questions on this forum.  I appreciate your quick responses and simple way of explaining things.  This will be our first year using your software & I am looking forward to less manpower & time being needed to keep records.
