Name tags

Note: This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

I cannot generate name tags with the Club logo.  This worked in the beginning of the year but stopped working 4 weeks ago.  When I select the Club log option I get an error saying "Unable to generate".  I have been printing the tags without the club logo which can be confusing.

The Name tag report will not print if the club logo graphic is missing.

Solution: Look at the records under Admin > Club Setup > Club Names, Logos, Dues and Points.  If any clubs are missing a logo, locate a logo from the Awana.org site, then add the logo to the record using one of these options:

Copy a logo:
Right click an image and select 'copy' from the popup menu.
Click once in the Logo cell to set focus there, then right-click and select 'paste' from the popup menu.
Click the Save button in the toolbar.

Save a logo:
Right click an image and select 'save image as' from the popup menu.
Click once in the Logo cell to set focus there, then right-click and use the "Load..." popup menu item to select the saved clipart file.
Click the Save button in the toolbar.
