How do I send a report as an attachment?

This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

Question: Can I save a report and then send it to my pastor or commander as an attachment?

Answer: Yes. From the report dialog click Print. When the Print dialog opens, select Export instead of Print. Choose the Type of file to create (PDF works best). Select a valid location in the "Where" field. Your "Desktop" or "Documents" folder is a good option. This prevents an error caused by an invalid path and also makes it easy to find the file to attach to an email.
