This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.
Question: I'd like to contact clubbers who have been absent. Is there a way to get a list of those that did not attend on a given date?
Answer: There are a couple ways to find clubbers that did not attend.
1. Check-in List grid:
Set the current club date to the applicable week. Apply a filter to the Club Attend column and select "False". Hide columns that aren't needed and Export or Print the grid.
2. Mailing Labels report:
Choose to select from "Clubbers Only" then check the box to "Select only members...." and choose "who were absent on the club date of..." and select the applicable club date.
