This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.Question: We started the year with two club names: "T&T Boys" and "T&T Girls". We have now decided that we want a single "T&T" club. Can I combine them?
Answer: Yes.
- Go to Admin > Club Setup > Club Names, Logos, Dues and Points.
- Edit the "T&T Boys" club name to "T&T". All T&T Boys will be reassigned to T&T. Ignore the "T&T Girls" club name for now. Click 'Save' in the toolbar.
- Click on the Club Assignments tab. In the grid, find the first occurrence of "T&T Girls". Select "T&T" from the drop down list, then click the checkmark button at the bottom of the grid to post the change. (There should be a confirmation of clubbers being reassigned to the new club.) Repeat until all "T&T Girls" entries have been changed to "T&T".
- If needed, reassign leaders from T&T Girls or T&T Boys to T&T. [The changes to Club Assignment will only impact clubbers.]
- Go back to the "Club Names, Logos, Dues and Points" tab. Click on the record representing the "T&T Girls" club to set focus there. Now, click the Delete Club button.
