Must we pay the annual support fee after the first year?

This post only applies to the Legacy database!

Note: support for the Legacy database ends 6/30/2024. See this post for additional details: https://www.approvedworkman.com/forum/index.php?topic=2255.0.

The program will not expire if the annual support fee is not paid.  It will continue to function with all of the features that have been released up to that point; but no additional updates will be available, nor would there be access to our support services.

We hope you will continue to support the on-going Approved Workman project by renewing the annual support plan and receive the following benefits:
 
a) all new updates as soon as they are available (new features are added throughout the year)
b) updates to the curriculum when it changes (such as the new T&T books),
c) annual catalog update (all new records from the catalog are added to the Inventory list)
d) email, telephone, and remote assistance support 
 
We will do everything we can to provide excellent support and add features to help your Awana club run in the most efficient manner possible.
