Title: Error message: Duplicate key found in index 'Primary' of the 'Table' section
Post by: duane on April 05, 2009, 04:51:12 PM
Note: This post only applies to the Legacy database!

This is the first time that I've received this error message.  It pops up when I try to assign a new handbook to a clubber, most specifically, the Hiker Workbook.  Help?!?! :-\

Try running the Admin > Database Utilities > Optimize procedure and select the option to verify handbook integrity.  Once that completes, try again to assign the book. If you still have the error please contact me directly and we'll investigate.   If the optimize does work, let us know here. Thanks.

Rick,

That fixed it!  Thanks so much!  I had run the Optimize procedure already with the option about rebuilding the indexes of all the tables.  I didn't think it had anything to do with the handbook sections.  Thanks again!
