If I have AWdb installed on a thumbdrive, and check-out just one club (Sparks for example) to another thumbdrive I understand the person using the first tdrive will be unable to access Sparks records until the DB is checked back in. That's cool.
The question I have is this. If a parent asks for a statement (under Reports) the our leader using the primary thumbdrive would print it. If that statement includes a child from the checked out club, will it skip that child on the report or will that child be included?

Actually you CAN see checked out data and even run reports on clubbers/clubs that are checked out. It is just that you can NOT edit a clubber who is checked out. So, in your example... no problem!
