Note: This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.
Is it possible to change the calendar after the initial setup. I need to change a date (s) that I put in to reflect a NO CLUB night due to the Christmas play (whoops, don't know how I forgot about that)

I think under Admin if you go to Club Setup and then Club Calendars, there is a tab to "Add or Delete Dates" that might work for you.
