"I began using Approved Workman last September (2005) when our club in Waco, TX decided to give it a try. I would occasionally help out my wife as a secretary for our T&T boys group during check-in time. I quickly saw the benefits to the program and I was an early advocate of its continued use (even during some of the early learning-curve pains). Over this summer however, I have found even more to like as I discovered all the things the program can do. I was asked to be the 'Database Administrator' for our club, to free up the Commanders to be available for other things. Over the past month, I have entered registrations for about 180 clubbers and about 80 leaders in various clubs. I have created reports for various club directors to help them assign leaders, I have assigned payments for handbooks, fees, shirts, vests, CDs, etc. All with very little difficulty.

Through using the program last year, and getting to teach others to use it this year, I am sincerely impressed with the amount of thought and hard work that has gone into creating this product. The ease of use obviously comes from both great skill in creating databases and user interfaces as well as a great understanding of how actual AWANA clubs operate.

"I just want to say what a blessing this program has been to my family. This was my first year as AWANA secretary, our club had used the "lots of paper" method previously and it was not for me. Rick offers incredible customer support as I have been on the phone and back and forth on e-mail with him numerous times and he always gets right back and is very helpful.
