The Member form is used to track details for Clubbers and Leaders. Approved Workman supports a Household relationship structure so you'll not have duplicate data-entry. From any member screen, you can see and open any other person in the same household by  double-clicking their name.  The database also enables you to track an unlimited number of phone and email addresses for each household.

 The Member form allows you to track a wide range of data for each Clubber or Leader

The Attendance tab of the Member form gives you a view of the entire year's attendance and other point categories:

The Handbook tab of the Member form. The new statistics regarding the Average number of sections/week needed to finish the book this year will also appear on the Current Handbook Status report.

  

Here's an example of a Leader's record. When the member is a Leader, you'll notice a few differences in the form such as the removal of unnecessary fields and the addition of a Leadership tab.

The Leadership tab is where you'll be able to track service history, training, and assigned clubbers.
