After entering your name and password to log in, you are presented with the Main application window. You'll notice that the program's functionality is organized into distinct modules which are accessible by clicking the tabs. This makes it very easy for you to find your way around. You will also find it easy to jump from one area of functionality to another.
(By the way, you can replace the photo seen here with your own with a simple copy/paste)
Here is an example of the tabs across the top, the Attendance chart type set to a Bar Chart instead of Line, the calendars resized with the Attendance counts showing.

Note: The program is designed
to fit a minimum screen resolution of 800x600, and all of the
images shown here (except for these first two main forms) were
captured at that resolution. However, to be able to view more data
and minimize scrolling, you may want to use a screen resolution of
at least 1024 x 768 and maximize the Main form.
The image above shows the Main form with the Tabs positioned
at the top, and the calendar showing 3 months, the image below
shows the Main form with Tabs positioned on the left, and the
calendar showing 6 months, and the chart set to show only clubber
attendance in 2-D instead of 3-D.

The Main Tool Bar
The Main tool bar includes the components to:
- quickly locate and open a member's file using the "Find Member"
search field
- see how many files are currently open and quickly jump to any of
them using the drop down menu items
- see the Current Club Date, or even set the default Club Date to a
different value
- see the Week number and also know if the specific week happens to
be the last one of the quarter
- refresh the homepage data (useful in a multi-user environment
where other users may have updated the records)
