Screens - Login

Key Features

  • To protect your valuable data, each person who will be using the database must have a user account setup by the system administrator. A unique name and password is required to gain access.  When records are created or modified, they will have the current user's ID along with a Date/Timestamp automatically recorded.Approved Workman supports not only single-users, but also multiple users.
  • The non-networked multi-user functionality can handle synchronization of data entered by different users working with separate non-networked secondary copies of the database.  This is accomplished through the Club Check-out/Check-in module where one copy is designated as the "Primary Database" (notice the "Primary Database" designation in the screen capture) while all others are identified as  a "Secondary Database".
  • The login screen displays which database you're logging into and will further display the names of any clubs currently checked out.
  • AW allows you to set up users either as an Administrator or Regular User. Administrators of course have access to deeper administrative functionality.
  • You may paste your own club photo in the login screen's photo frame.
  • You may use the drop down list and edit button at the bottom of the login screen to redirect the path to your target Data folder (useful if you're using USB flash drives and want to access a different one).

The photo that appears on this login screen is easily changed to one of your own with a simple copy/paste.
