
The Clubber List gives you a great high-level view of all your clubbers. Notice the dark vertical line to the right of the Name column. This indicates the column will remain in place so you can still see the clubber names when you need to scroll horizontally. (This screen style is set to Office11)


Following is an example of
how easy it is to use the grids to help you analyze your data.
Quick... how many Sparks do YOU have in your club? Now how many of
each gender do you have in each grade?
Using the grouping operation, you can find the answer in
seconds! Simply drag the column headers from the body
of the grid to the group box, and you can quickly determine the
answers. (In this example: 17 Sparks, of which
there are 4 in Kindergarten, 4 in Grade 1, and 9 in Grade 2. And, of
the 2nd graders, there are 7 girls and 2 boys.
You can also print the data right from the grid!

You can quickly reset your grid layout by clicking Grid > Reset the grid layout.
