
The Check-in Screen is very flexible and allows you to record attendance and completed handbook sections very quickly. As you select a clubber in the left grid, that clubber's handbook information is displayed on the right. With each mouse click in any checkbox, the Point totals are automatically calculated. The current Club Date is automatically filled in with each section marked as "Done", but you can override the default value anytime.
The Check-in screen's status bar (at the bottom of the screen) displays additional information about the selected clubber such as: Record lock status (when using the Checkout/in feature), Registration Date, Prepaid/Excused Dues, Attendance and Dues Pd ratios. Also included is the total amount of dues that have been collected for the selected club for the selected week.

The software works best at a screen resolution of 1024x768 or higher, but if you are running at a lower resolution (such as 800x600), with one click you can hide the handbook info to eliminate the need to scroll horizontally to see all of the attendance categories. You can also customize the grid and hide any columns you don't care to see.
Below is an example of the Check-in screen with the handbook panel hidden. Also, only clubbers who are in Sparks are being shown. Notice the new stats shown for each grouping. Now you'll know in an instant which team scored the highest in total points, average points, total sections, and average sections per member.
