This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.
Question: Is there a way to track children who visit our club?
Answer: Yes, the database can track visitors.
If the person visiting WAS NOT brought by a current member of the club: Enter the person manually as a new member (either a clubber or leader) and set the Status to "Visitor". (There is also an option to track Prospective clubbers and leader using a status of "Prospect").
If the person visiting WAS brought by a current member of the club: Select the member's name who brought the visitor on the Check-in List grid. Click the Add a Visitor button in the Check-in List toolbar or use the right-click popup menu. Use the Add a Visitor dialog to enter basic info for the visitor. The current member will get credit on the Check-in List for bringing a visitor and the visitor's attendance will be checked.
