Getting Started Series

When you have finished using the sample data and are ready to setup the database for your club, follow the instructions on the "GettingStartedChecklist.rtf" document located in your Approved Workman folder. A pdf copy is also included at the bottom of this post.

This series of videos will walk you through each of the steps.

To prepare the database, you first need to Purge the Sample data:

Setup Step 1 - Calendar and Club Structure (New Year Setup Procedure):
Update: Since the video was made, there have been changes to the NYS process. The basic information in the video is accurate, but your NYS will look slightly different.  The Club Assignments shown in Step 2 are now Step 3. Resets and Defaults are Step 4 and the procedure is run in Step 5.

Update: v5.8.0.6 includes an enhancement to update multiple clubs at once during the Copy Themes process.

Setup Step 4 - Club Details:
Update: when adding a user record, there is now an Account Type option of 'Kiosk'.  For additional information about using the Kiosk feature, see the User Guide.
