This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

Question: Is there a way to set a clubber's Status value without having to open the Member record?

Answer: Yes. Here's how:

On the main Clubbers list, select the desired clubber record(s). Right-click to access the popup menu.

In the Legacy database, select "Set Status" then select from "Active", "Archived", "Inactive" etc. In the Windows App, the status is stored in the role and the selection is "Set Role Status".

Multiple records may by selected at once by holding down the Ctrl key as you click different rows. Once the rows are selected, right-click one of the highlighted rows to get the popup menu.

Note: If all clubbers are Inactive following the New Year Setup, consider using the right-click popup menu options to "Register and Post Payment" or "Open Registration Window". These options will not only handle the Registration fields but also set the Status = "Active" and create the Fee for dues (if applicable). The Registration Window also facilitates updates to contact information and assignment of books and uniforms.
