This video applies specifically to the Legacy database. The New Year Setup procedure is NOT available in the Cloud database's Windows App. Cloud database users should see the Web App's documentation for instructions.

This is an overview of the steps:

• Intro: Please read. Optimize and run a Backup! Address any highlighted issues if possible.
• Step 1a: Select the Club Year, Starting date, and Ending date.
• Step 1b: Make changes to the Active Clubs.
• Step 1c: Enter Dates that should be Excluded.
• Step 2: Make selections related to Promotions.
• Step 3: Complete the grid entries for each grade/gender combination for Club Assignments.
• Step 4: Indicate preferences for Resets and Defaults.
• Step 5: Run the procedure.
