Title: Adding a club after new year set up

Note: This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

We have one young lady doing Trek this year.
I placed her under T&T, but need to move her to Trek to keep track of her work.
How do I add the Trek group? HELP!

You can create a new club in mid year. Go to Admin > Club Setup > Club Names, Logos, Dues and Points and then click the button labeled "New Club". This will open a dialog with instructions. 

After you have created the new club, go to Admin > Club Setup > Club Assignments and add (or edit) the records shown to set up the new club name so it is assigned to clubbers with the relevant Grade and Gender values.
