Title: How can I add the next Club Year so I can run the New Year Setup?

Question: I'm trying to run the New Year Setup, but the new club year is not there. What do I do?

Answer: Each year, the new club year value will be added during an update. If the support plan was not renewed and thus you do not have access to the update, or if you need to run it prior to the release of the update, the new club year value needs to be added manually. Here's how:

1. Log into AWdb (using an Administrator account) and click Admin > Generic Lookups.

2. Select the Category of "Club Years".

3. Click the Club Year cell in the space above the grid showing "Click here to add a new row".4. Click the checkmark button at the bottom of the grid to post the new record.
