Title: Adding a New Item / Fee for a supply of used uniforms
Post by: Secretary Sue on September 05, 2011, 08:36:41 AM
Note: This post is applicable in the Cloud database's Windows App as well as in the Legacy database.

We have used uniforms available for purchase.  How can I enter this "item" and also be able to change the amount since different used uniforms have different prices?

You would need to add a new Inventory Item for each of the different sizes of uniforms available. I'd suggest identifying the correct Awana catalog item number for a "new" version of the same uniform, then add "-used" at the end of the part number, or in front of it. For example, item number 74413 for a Sparks Uniform Vest - Medium, could become "74413-used", or "used-74413". The advantage of putting "used" in front is that all of the used items would sort together. You could even copy the picture from the new item's Inventory record and paste it into the used item's record.

Remember, under the Club Usage tab, select the checkboxes for:

- This is an item we use in our club
- Use this item as a choice in any FEE related drop-down list
