We invite you to download a fully functional 30-day trial of Approved Workman and see for yourself how comprehensive the features are and how easy the program is to use. This trial version includes sample data so you can immediately explore the various modules and run sample reports. 

If you like what you see and choose to purchase a license, we will simply activate your installed trial copy. You will already have the full program so you won't have to go through any hassle of uninstalling and reinstalling, and you will not lose any data you have entered during the trial period.

Important Notes... Please Read Before Downloading!

  • After you have downloaded and installed the program, when you see the login screen,
    use "demo" for the user name and "demo" for the password    .     

  • Note that depending on when you download the trial version, the sample data may be a few weeks behind what you may expect to be a "Current Club Date".  Keep this in mind when running some of the reports and be sure to select a Club Date far enough back to yield report output. You can change the "Current Club Date" from the main toolbar.

  • The trial version supports up to 5 concurrent users to allow you to test the database in a multi-user installation. If your installation will require more than 5 concurrent users, please contact us and we will increase the user count for you.

  • Review the online Help documentation accessible from the Main form by clicking Help > Approved Workman Help

  • Browse through the FAQs (frequently asked questions) on the AW Forum for valuable tips!

  • Once you have become familiar with the program and are ready to begin entering your live data... take advantage of the Data Purge Utility. It is accessible under Admin > Database Utilities > Data Purge.  This will save you a lot of time!

  • Be sure to click the "Print Instructions" button on the Data Purge dialog and follow them for a quick guide on how to getting started using the database with your live data.

Note to existing users:

If you have already downloaded AW, purged the sample data and entered LIVE data, do NOT download and run this setup again because the sample data will overwrite your live data. And, even if you restore your backed up data, the newer executable version will not match the table structures of YOUR data. The only way to ensure program stability and reliability is to follow the instructions and progressively apply all updates in the correct order.
