Main WindowThis main application window will remain open while the application is running. The "Home" tab is initially selected, but you can easily navigate to all of the application's major modules by clicking the other tabs. The tabs allow you to quickly jump from one area of functionality to another.

Inventory PageThe Inventory Page allows you to view a comprehensive list of items offered by Awana Clubs International. You can also keep track of how many items you have in stock so that you will know when it is time to place an order. Depending on your inventory items' settings, items can automatically be added to an order as needed.

Orders TabAllows you to manage existing orders or creating new ones.

Open ItemUseful for editing the cost of an item and how many items you have in stock.

New ItemThe AWdb's inventory is periodically updated, so it’s unlikely that you’ll need to add a new catalog item. However, this button is here in case you need to add an item NOT issued by Awana Clubs International.

Item DialogOpening an Item will bring up this Item Dialog, which shows its details.

Ordering TabThis tab lets you set up Ordering Information about an inventory item. If you have Inventory Automation turned on, you can set items to be automatically added to an order form when your stock hits a given number.
