Main WindowThis main application window will remain open while the application is running. The "Home" tab is initially selected, but you can easily navigate to all of the application's major modules by clicking the other tabs. The tabs allow you to quickly jump from one area of functionality to another.

Home PageThe Home Page shows you attendance summaries along with some other information that can be useful for evaluating your club.

View OptionsThere are many ways to personalize your AWdb application. Click here to see some examples of different skins and tab positions.

Search MembersAllows you to quickly locate and open a member's file.

Opened FilesShows how many Member records or Orders are currently open. You can use the drop down menu to quickly jump to any of them.

Refresh ButtonRefreshes this page's data (useful in a multi-user environment where other users may have updated the records).

Current Club Year / DateThe Current Club Year and Date default to a logical date, however you can change it to any club date to view that perspective.

Checked out ClubsIf you are using the multi-user feature, this area will show you which clubs, if any, are currently checked out.

Attendance ChartSee your club's clubber and leader attendance data in a graphical format. There are also several options for customizing the look of the chart.

Club CalendarQuickly refer to your club's calendar.

Handbook AlertsWarns you of clubbers who will soon need a new book or some extra work to keep them busy until the end of the year.

Notes TabUse the handy Notes tab as a scratchpad area.

Photo TabCustomize the home page byadding your own photo.

Grid ActionsMany of the modules have powerful grids that allow you to filter, sort, group, export, and print the grid's data.
