Main WindowThis main application window will remain open while the application is running. The "Home" tab is initially selected, but you can easily navigate to all of the application's major modules by clicking the other tabs. The tabs allow you to quickly jump from one area of functionality to another.

Check-in PageThe Check-in Page will get used a lot, as it allows you to record attendance, dues, and whether clubbers brought their uniform, Bible, handbook and visitors. You can also mark completed handbook sections on this page.

Create VisitorEasily track which clubber brought a visitor by selecting the clubber then clicking this button. A window will appear in order for you to enter the details.

Assign New HandbookAssign handbooks directly from the check-in screen.

FiltersNumerous filtering options exist to speed your recordkeeping task.

GroupingYou can group clubbers with just a drag & drop action and instantly have group statistics to see which Team or Club has the highest number of points or sections completed.

PointsWith each mouse click in any checkbox, the Point totals are automatically calculated.

Select ClubberAs you select a clubber in the left grid, that clubber's handbook information is displayed on the right so you can quickly mark completed sections.

Handbook CheckboxMarking sections completed will automatically trigger awards.

StatusThe Status bar displays additional information about the selected clubber.
