 Renew Your Support Plan or Add User Licenses

If you already have a registered copy of the software but need to either renew your support plan or add another user license, you may pay by check or by using the PayPal buttons to the right.

In either case, you must provide your Customer ID in order for the transaction to be processed correctly.

If you prefer to pay by check, mail it, along with your Customer ID, to:

If you don't know your Customer ID, you can find it by following these steps:

  • Run your AWdb application, then select License Info from the Help menu. The License Dialog will appear.
  • Find your Customer ID on the License Info tab.

 Renewing your support...

... entitles you to:
  • email, telephone and remote support
  • program updates and enhancements
  • updates to the handbook curriculum
  • an annual catalog (Inventory) update
  • access to training via web conferences
  • access to training videos via the web
  • the ability to re-download the software* and your registered license key anytime you need it (i.e. computer crash, theft, or fire.)

  • *Note: This will be an empty database that you will restore your data into. Be sure to do regular backups of your Approved Workman folder!
