If you don't know your Customer ID, find it by running the AWdb application and selecting License Info from the Help menu.
Please do not put N/A in either field. We need this info to attach the payment to your account!
You will need to renew your account annually to continue getting technical support and software updates.
You may reinstate your inactive account and get technical support and the software updates that you've missed.
You can purchase more user licenses if you have already purchased the software but need to allow more users to use the database at one time.
